The guy next to me doing 1" bench - yup, going down to the chest(or even close) apparently isn't necessary when u can push 3 plates 1"
So - I do my 2 & 1/4 resting on my chest for a sec between reps < lol
Love these! The list is endless! Anytime I train family or friends I pretty much point out the “don’t do that’s.” Haha
There was a trainer at my gym that had been training for several years, who actually trained his clients to bench like that! It was basically a reverse shrug on a bench! Smh!

Used to be a guy at my gym everyday -
Would come in with an extra large fountain drink from chick fil a and drink it through his workout like it was BCAAS. Only did a maximum of 3 reps of weight that was clearly way to heavy for him and wore sunglasses the entire time indoors. I was truly amazed
A fat old hag in my gym keeps standing directly in front of the massive cooling fan that has been brought in as we are having really warm weather just now
As soon as she comes off the rowing machine, she stands and blows old fanny sweat off her and circulates it through the entire room
