Volume/frequency. So total reps for the week for me is 72.
I divide that into 3 sessions a week with sets of 12. That got my legs growing.
Im on a mini cut so I am just doing a ramp up 5x5 increasing weight slowly.
When I surplus again,going into the same reps a week but with sets of either 8 or 6 at at least 75 percent of my 1 rep max. Still gonna get that volume in. I'll be glad when my legs are 26-28 inches then just strength from there as a natty then when I want more cycles.
