    Can we just do 300 reps on bench.... No bueno on squats. Or deads

    300 reps on 225 is awesome. Post your time and I'll try it.

    I'd be doing this

    Bench-225x10
    DB- 90lb x 10
    Decline Bench- 225 x 10

    I'll do the flat BB bench alternated with dumbells 20 times, then finish with 10 sets of decline.

    I will post next chest day, which is tomorrow night.
