Can you change up the flavors a bit? A little bit of BBQ sauce goes a long way if you water it down, same w/salad dressing. A teaspoon of fat free plain Chobani yogurt sure does improve a plain red potato. Just a thought.

If you slowly change your cheat from very bad food to not so bad food you wont crave it so much.
It kinda like drugs, you can be an addict but have to face the consequences, only do them every now and then but you feign for them during in between times. In the end, they just have to stop completely......that is the very bad food.
Moral of story...............eat better cheats and dont do drugs
