I get less able to tolerate things.

It's like my bullshit gas tank is almost full instead of on empty.

But I'm naturally pretty high strung and paranoid.

One thing is I try to avoid public more on cycle. I also switch my carry options around.

Instead of fire arm, I carry canned goods.

I preffer Libby's pumpkin pie filling, because it's very dense and heavy for a canned goods.

Beets are the "380" of canned goods. Enough to get effective, but ain't gonna be too much. The pie filling is the 44 mag of canned goods...

I am figuring about 150 ft lb
She is short and kinda moves with locked joints when she is that angry.
Granted the can is only 3" across though.

1/2mv^2- hopefully you have the acceleration vector and you are not at constant velocity.
What you really want is the force
F=ma

Now force is given by
F = ma
Putting the value of acceleration
F = m(V2/2d)
As we know that
Work done = Fd
Putting the value of F
Work done = (mv2/2d)(d)
Work done = mV2/2
OR
Work done = ½ mV2
Since the work done is motion is called "Kinetic Energy"
i.e.
K.E. = Work done
OR
K.E. =1/2mV2.
