    Those are pretty mass dense.

    And they'd look cool if thrown hard enough to open

    What's the kinetic energy on those boyardees?

    I am figuring about 150 ft lb
    She is short and kinda moves with locked joints when she is that angry.
    Granted the can is only 3" across though.

    It would be like getting kicked by a small horse.

    1/2mv^2- hopefully you have the acceleration vector and you are not at constant velocity.
    What you really want is the force
    F=ma
    Yeah- it can fuck you up, even from a girl!
    The force will be concentrated into a small area.

    2aS = Vf2 – Vi2
    Putting the above mentioned values
    2ad = V2 – 0
    a = V2/2d
    Now force is given by
    F = ma
    Putting the value of acceleration
    F = m(V2/2d)
    As we know that
    Work done = Fd
    Putting the value of F
    Work done = (mv2/2d)(d)
    Work done = mV2/2
    OR
    Work done = ½ mV2
    Since the work done is motion is called "Kinetic Energy"
    i.e.
    K.E. = Work done
    OR
    K.E. =1/2mV2.

    Cape had some engineering education! Did you get your PE license?
