I prefer dorseal glute? Divide your glutes into quarters. Shoot the upper right hand quarter for the right glute and the upper left hand quarter for the left glute.Originally Posted by Obs

That's why I do dorseal glute as illustrated above. The VG injects are like sticking 110vac into my body....nerves, nerves, nerves..
With the image I posted, I can put the index finger of.the non- injecting hand adjacent to the injection site, lay the syringe barrel against the non-injecting index finger and just drive it in slowly without any issues. Plus it can hold 2cc very easily.
