Well, my exersice was deads. I managed 335 kg once. Isnt that close to 700?
When back is ok and i push calories, i could do 290 kg natty any day.
Later years i have tried but my lower back says stop when i reach 250 kg.
Maybe i try more but now im up for squats. And showing.
