so back to my lagging and weak chest . just looking here I think I can lay off my delts for a bit on my push days and dedicate more of that workout on upper chest instead. my delts are capped at least (not massive by any means) but my chest is crap and my upper chest is non existent..
I remember my chest being much bigger in the past. maybe age has something do do with it. but hell, chargers upper chest kills it and he's an old man
