    Do you have any support that site injections make a difference?

    You are the only one that I have seen that actually works lower traps. I have always used face pulls for delts and rotator cuff. I could see how it could also include the mid traps.

    I started to try and be scientific with my exercise selection and I use the pull-up bar and bring my chest out and squeeze my back for the mid traps.
    For lower traps, I get on the incline Roman chair, but adjust the pad to mid hip and roll down and back up as opposed to hip flexion.

    I also added pulley shrugs. Something silly, but the trap muscles are at an angle and this has you raising the traps at an angle. I have not found any information that this is actually better but my expirement May provide some insight.

    sure I could site all sorts of articles and things from leading gurus about site injecting to bring up a lagging body part. BUT like my post above implies, I'd rather just experiment on myself for awhile and see first hand.

    things on paper, and supposedly with other guys work quite well and have been practiced for a couple decades.
    - Shooting suspensions into the weak body part
    - PGF2 injected directly into that body part
    - volumization and fascia stretching (filling the muscle up with CCs of gear and then training with high volume and lots of blood.. also BFR training)
    - Nolotil, Synthol, Hylaronic acid , etc. etc.
    - MGF

    It is funny because I have not seen anything conclusive. I tried it and did not see any significant benefit, however I am trying it now with slin and the last set of arms is BFR. Just for the fuck of it, I injected in the bicep today.
    I have been a week doing feeders for the hams .
    Probably going to take a a sneak peak today at them. I can feel the pump.
