    Wow..superb workout. And drunk saturday.
    Well...i just upped carbs..sunday and today. Loads.
    And it worked.

    Forget protein, drugs.. even training.
    If u wanna get big, eat carbs like a mf.
    Carbs build muscles.
    U will see..

    and so does alcohol apparently !

    funny how that works sometimes , having a great workout after a night of drinking . yet somedays you have a shitty workout and have not drank in months

    Yes!!
    I always look my best on sunday after drinking saturday.
    We go to a pizzaplace and in a tshirt muscles do pop everywhere.
    No water i guess

    when Ronnie Coleman won his first major show, it was after receiving advice from Kevin Levrone. the Advice was to drink some Vodka the night before the show. after that night Ronnie was unstoppable

    crappy workout today. just tried to get a quick leg pump in before I had to train a client (sometimes thats just how it goes , you own the gym and your in there for hours, yet you barely have a chance to get your own workout in)

    Standing Hamstring curls - 6 sets 15 reps
    seated hamstring curls - 5 sets 15 reps
    Leg extensions - 4 sets 15 reps , 3 sets 8 reps
    standing calf raises - 4 sets 20 reps

    I could never do that. Im often having a difficult time motivating myselv. Because the pwos dont work thay great anymore.
    But if its your job, your company and u see ok economic results, i guess it would be different.

    a lot of times my clients motivate me , and get me in the gym to train myself. for example the guy I trained today after I hit legs. he's a big guy, 6'2" 260 pounds. trying to get him stage ready within a year, and with his size he'll have a dramatic stage presence. he does everything I tell him to and is motivated to do so. lots of potential. but if I'm not motivated or if I slack off myself, then he's not going to respect me near as much as his coach.
    so by helping him out, it keeps me going and accountable too
