Well..we just had a big NATO training in my hood. Some 50 000 troops and farmers are pissed because american tanks destroyed some of the fields.
And norwegian marine lost their biggest ship (Helge Ingstad, one billion dollar ship) as it crashed into a civil supertanker on its way home from Trident Juncture (or what the hell the training name was).
And rumors say it was 80% women on the ship bridge when it crashed with its NAVI system turned off. A very delicate issue cause in Norway u are not allowed to see a person as a man or a woman in public doings.

Yeah, the Helge Ingstad? Saw that when I was skimming active headlines. Looks like recovery will be a frigging mess.
Edit: Personally I don't see gender influencing the accident. A crew is either skilled or incompetent.
