if you can't do traditional Bench press for chest , try guillitene presses (even on a smith). takes all the load off the shoulders and puts them directly on the upper pecs. the stretch is great as well. lighter weight higher reps though

5 mins of cycling on leg day is as close to “cardio” as I do. Is cardio really necessary?
Cardio is very necessary. Even if you have a gifted metabolism you are always gonna do much better with cardio. Keeping the heart rate elevated for 15-30 min per day is good for you.
I dont though I should. I will have a heart attack at chargers age and look at charger...

My heart rate gets elevated at work though I should add.
In the summer I do shit that makes gym cardio look like a day off
