    I’ve been contemplating jumping on the low dose Cialis train for a while. Shit is fuckoff expensive though, and if I’m taking something for health benefit, I want pharma.

    Pharma IS effing expensive cuz there's no generic but my UGL works just fine :-)

    Catch a deal n price can get down to almost $1 per tab. I'm only doing 1/4 tab per day so that's in my budget

    Yup. Some Mel-II helps put color back in my pasty white skin. Especially up here in the Great White North

    As a ginger who took years of exposure in the asphalt industry before my arms and face stopped burning, I feel like this might be worth a look.

    Freckles come out for sure. I'm told if you tan with the melanotan it helps even things out. I got so dark a couple summers ago wifee made me stop. Too many questions lol!

    Oh, I can tan now too, but only on the skin that was finally scorched into submission. It’s fucking hilarious because no matter what I do now, I have a farmers tan. Either white as shit with brown arms and face/neck, or burned as fuck with brown arms and face/neck if I try to tan the rest of myself.

    Leg day.
    Leg extensions ss with leg curls 4 sets 6-8 reps
    Leg press 6 sets 6-8 reps. Set a PR on these. I did 3 45s + a 25 each side for 3 reps in my last set. I know that’s not a lot for most of you guys but keep in mind when I started in September I was barely doing a 25 on each side!
