That may have been me not sure but what happened was when I was trying to pick a username I took too long and it suspended my account and never opened back up so I got wickr pro and on there I don't know what the H happened because it uses my email address for a username but who cares. At least I'm finally on there. Sorry if it was me that mislead you. I should've explained myself better.

I wanted to do a higher volume pump excerise today. It was really intense.
This is one gian set. No rest b/t exercises.
Db bench press+flyes+overhead Db press 5 sets 15 reps.
Incline bench ss w push ups 5 sets 15 reps
Triceps press machine 4 sets 15 reps last set to failure.
Cable crossovers 3 sets 12-15 reps
