    Popped a coyote not too long ago. Didn’t have too many opportunities for shots this year for some reason. Saw a lot but nothing really presented itself. Will be going after some wild swine here now that deer season is over and also plan to catch some saccalait (white crappie) soon with the weather changing

    Might try to get back to the gym tomorrow. I probably will since I won’t be going on Valentine’s Day...

    Lost about 5lbs in as many days of not eating and laying in bed with a cold that kicked my asss so bad. It’s a noticeable difference on my frame. Got some work to do but there’s plenty of time left before this thing ends!

    Pulling into the gym my wife calls. She talked for 45 min. She hung up and I left the gym parking lot to go to work. Ahhh. Out of town tomorrow till Monday night. I guess it’s time to feed and repair.

    I think my new favorite exercise is wide grip pull ups! Gotta make the V better. I broke down today and ordered 3 new XL shirts, maybe I should have went bulk? Large are a bit tight.

    I started right before the comp with Dbol, low test, A decent amount of EQ & Mast, NPP & low tren. Dropped the Dbol quickly cuz my stomach rebelled and replaced it with leftover Anavar. That's now gone too. Just dropped the tren (for about a month) and kicked up the NPP. Just added Proviron.

    Still got just enough pussy in me to try n keep my pins to EOD @ 3.2mls.

    Gearhead is guiding me. I've never done these levels of AAS.... But note I've been trying to make this 57yo body grow rather unsuccessfully for a number of years now. This is finally making gains!

    I hear anadrol, tren-a & winny are in my future. A kindergarten level 'comp prep/cut' as we approach the end of March. :-)

    Oh yeah: and 10iu novalin-R, 3 times a day

    Ya I know...I lost 5 lbs! That was hard work gaining just 5 lbs to lose it in a week!
