If you couldn’t tell, I don’t know fuck all about posing, nor is it something I really care to work on. My energy is better spent elsewhere: reading and picking up heavy shit. Hopefully they’re passable enough.

Weight: 193.
Had squats yesterday so most of my fluid/inflammation is in the legs. Ah well, ain’t nobody got time to fuck around trying to get a pump for pictures right now.

Ok I was a judge last time and it is difficult to get before and after pics side by side. I saved them to my PC and arranged them.

So this is my attempt to make it easier for the judges. I have to many pics to put them all in one post though. So before on the left after on the right.

Judges this is side by side 4 of the required poses. I will put next set in different post can only do 8 pics at a time.

I am busy at work this morning but this afternoon I could screen capture them and move them for you. I would do a side by side of before and after like I did mine. Here is a sample of a screen capture that may not be great resolution????? I have them all captured and labeled just take a minute to post once given the OK!

Didn’t get enough cut off in time due to the time it took me to move. It’s a learning process though and I guarantee I’ll have a better showing next time. Also I can’t figure out the side bicep pose to save my life lol

Shoot man, this is one hell of a attention getter and really great idea all around. I like these contests that pull everyone together as a crew the best.

Don't get me wrong, the trash talking contests are a draw as well, I just like these types of contests where everyone is supporting each other.

That's why I've always been a huge fan of the strength contests .. WSM, IFSA, Giants Live, Arnold Classic etc. Those guys are like one big family.
