    So you reccon is still injured enough even without the pain and strength loss?

    How many weeks has it been since your injury occurred. This was just a minor tear correct? Not a full tear where it detached itself?

    Minor tear, and muscle itself most likely.
    4 weeks since tear, couldn't do anything without pain for a week. Went very easy week 2 in gym and week 3 was all good except
    for that weird feeling as described that has stayed since.

    I would see a physiotherapist if it were me. One that specializes in sports or weightlifting rehab. $50-75 for peace of mind.
