Oh I'm definitely a Franco fan, mostly because he was a source of inspiration (being as he is a short guy like myself). I even bought one of his first books (Winning Bodybuilding, I think) a LONG time ago. He and Ed Coan are definite faves of mine (Coan being another member of the 5'7" and under club).

That said, 1981 wasn't Franco's best year. I was stream of consciousness'ing youtube the other day and saw a video on the '81 Olympia. Despite that fact that I do admire Franco, there were others on stage that year that deserved the win. Just one dude's opinion and no harsh intended (well, except maybe to Franco's condition that year )

It’s hard to say. Platz is bringing the same package without moobs, better legs, and a stronger jawline.
