To hit and keep 20 lbs, will come down to diet and macro splits being dialed in. I’d call that a bulk, holding 10 lbs post cycle is more than doable especially since this is essentially your first real run. Eat like a mofo and you’ll also recover quicker so 6 days a week is doable, don’t underestimate rest and recovery though. Muscle grows outside the gym. Don’t be scared if you add a little fat during a bulk, id also put you lower than 15% based of your pics, I’d say closer to 12.
