    I buy bcaa but also I buy red meat, chicken and so on, fish ... But I do this theme

 since I see a lot of bodybuilders who popularize the purchase of bcaa and replace them with regular food and I think it's not right

    I use 10 grams of BCAA per day, I use 5 grams of BCAA 30 minutes before aerobic fasting when I wake up in the morning and another 5 grams after the workout. I see many people saying that this is not necessary, but for me I think it is. The BCAA is an anti-catabolism, repairs the muscle, causing it to recover more quickly. Bodybuilders bet more on drugs than BCAAs in the slimming phase of the cut. They can even use the BCAA plus they do not overuse. They use around 10 grams per day.
