as far as AAS . youtube is filled with a bunch of dumb ass bros that don't know shit let alone know the science, chemistry, and biology of how this all works. 90% of what you get on youtube about AAS is going to be wrong imo . BUT, look up Broderick Chavez (evil genius sport performance). he's got the most accurate information on all of youtube in regards to AAS. he has a degree in biology and has worked in the pharma/lab setting and understands things from the scientific perspective (plus he's a bro on top of it having been a world class power lifter).
- but he does not post that much stuff .. heck makes me think I should start my own youtube channel and get more info out there on AAS.
note: coincidentally I recommend both these guys and Broderick Chavez is actually Mike Israetels AAS and diet coach (even though Mike has the PHD and has trained and lectured thousands of people and runs Renaisance Periodization). I also recommend pretty much anything from Renaisance Periodization.
