    the cardio will help with cardiovascular health, insullin sensitivity, digestion and appetite, etc.

    no think 1980s ,, head band, pink tights, big hair, and jumping around with 3 pound dumbbells in your hand.. all very essential when bulking

    don't worry , when we hit a plateau or stalling point , we'll pull out the pink tights and headband protocol and start implementing some "Calisthenics'
