I had a break from training for about 2 weeks. When I started training again, I did a light warm up and started doing pull ups. By the end of 3 set my front shoulder started to hurt. It hurts from the front shoulder and down the arm.
It hurts when I move the arm up. For example, when bending the arm in front of me and move the elbow upwards (not sure if that makes sense)
Also hurts when doing cable crossover and barbell bench press.
