also keep in mind nutrition.. things like sauerkraut , beets, broccoli, baby kale, whole eggs ... have liver supportive benefits. so make sure you have your micro nutrition on point. eating simply rice and chicken every day isn't going to cut it.

also, keep in mind that liver values can be elevated due to other factors and not simply your AAS usage.. if you take in too much high fructose corn syrup for example, that can inflame your liver
From my research I have found that all supplements are liver toxic and I've seen no evidence to support the claim that man made supplement are in any way good for the liver. If you want to heal your liver, eat raw beef liver. It has every nutrient your body needs. Why on earth would I eat a toxic plant such as kale or broccoli to get nutrients? All of the nutrients in kale and all other green plants are bound by antinutients, making it impossible for humans to get any sort of micro nutrition from them.
