look at 20+ year old females .. they have very high estrogen compared to the rest of the population yet generally have the lowest blood pressure and rare rare chance of having a negative cardiac event , while 20 year old men do suffer from high blood pressure and die of heart attacks.
if estrogen was the cause of high blood pressure, then this would be the opposite.

you know the women that do suffer with high blood pressure and cardic events ? those that are past menopause and their estrogen levels have plummeted .. hmm, interesting. so younger women that have high estrogen don't have blood pressure issues and no cardiac events ,, while men and women with low estrogen do.

another thought.. the reason TRT for olden men is healthy and beneficial rather then them going untreated and having low test levels , is to get the health benefits from the estrogen.
older men with low T levels are at greater health risks of heart disease . the Testosterone itself doesn't help that , its the test converting to estrogen that does.

estrogen plays a big role in nitric oxide production and relaxing the vascular system.. if anything , having low estrogen levels will raise blood pressure and cause heart the disease , not the other way around

and on a side note .. you know what else is a blood pressure issue . AI drugs like arimidex . look into it.. its listed as a warning and negative side effect for women being treated with breast cancer.

the combination of low estrogen and taking AI drugs is much bigger health risk
Yes, estrogen is healthy for arteries, no and heart. But in men it also causes water retention.
The hormones progesterone and estrogen play a significant role in fluid retention. When estrogen levels are elevated, women tend to retain more water than usual. This is why bloating is common in the days leading up to a woman's menstrual cycle - more estrogen means more water retention.
I guess its even worse for men.
And waterretention causes high BP. Its non arguable.
I guess it can be modified by a crazy nazi low salt high potassium diett, but most are not nazies, so that suggestion is kind of foulplay.
Last, look man. By far u are one of the most knowledgeable members ever and u have helped me alot.

It doesnt cause water retention in some of us fat boy.
    It also is easily arguable.

    Look at this way....
According to your science i should be dead.
I have shot 6 g's of gear with no AI. No excessive bloating. No nothing.

I did however put on more lean mass in three years than you did in 20.

Sil stay away from science. It doesn't suit you.

We are trying to have a serious discussion here. Its far above your head. Why dont u climb back up in those trees and leave science for those who got brains for it.

water retention can be a dangerous health issue.. I agree. I know of a couple Pro bodybuilders who ended up in the hospital from such severe water retention they had cardiac edema taking place. not good .. but guess what , this happened post contest right after a show when their estrogen was zero. so how did they get such severe water retention ? it surely wasn't from elevated estrogen.

there is much more mechanisms going on that cause water retention then estrogen.. estrogen plays very little role in this. but I do AGREE with you that it 'can' play somewhat of a role in some people. .
but often times guys mistake that water retention or elevated blood pressure they get when running certain AAS are from estrogen. but its not. its from the other mechanisms of actions by which the AAS themselves work. not the secondary by product of estrogen.

lets take Deca for example . if you ran a deca only cycle with no test , your estrogen levels would drop down big time (theres no natty or exogenous test to aromatize). this has been proven in medical studies.
BUT , your still likely going to get some water retention and elevation in blood pressure. and again its not from estrogen, cause there is none. its from the deca itself and how it works to 'volumize' your blood, cause inter cellular water retention, up regulate nitrogen retention, etc..
the water retention and elevated blood pressure are generally from the AAS itself, not the estrogen.

but I do agree, in some guys that are estrogen sensitive the estrogen can make you hold some water.. same with some females. but this is not universal across the board.

I've had very good success prepping clients for shows NOT using any anti estrogens and they got plenty dry and hard and held no water.
then I've seen other guys abuse AI's going into a contest, crash their estrogen, and then not be able to carb load and fill out on show day (because estrogen unregulates glucose metabolism and is needed to fill out glycogen stores)
