    this concept has been around for years , and works best mainly those that do two a day workouts .. however you have it backwards.
    its more about active recovery then it is 'priming' ..

    so for example, lets say you had a heavy back session at 3pm on Wednesday ,, Thursday morning when you do chest and shoulders, you hit that shit hard as your main workout but then you go and do a few lat pull downs and some rows to get blood back into your back to speed up and 'prime' its recovery

    Now that makes sense and I've seen it done. I've heard it referred as 'feeder' workouts. Don't really know how successful it works but its worth the experimenting to see.
