    Jepp. And dry healing only. No oil or cream ever. And i trained tuesday. The Day beetween. But after wed i needed a week off. The skin pain was heavy. Kept me from sleeping. But No cracks, blood or miscoloring.
    Tomorrow new project. Left thigh, both calves. I like to wear a shorts in the gym, so i think it will be cool
