I hate to chime in on this stuff since I'm 100% libertarian no one every takes our political views seriously.

As soon as trump tried to implement a travel ban to the source country of the virus, and other countries hard hit the left screamed racism.

Covid hits, then the left says why didn't he do something sooner.

Just another example of how republicans and democrats can't agree on anything on any given day.

I believe there is about a 1% difference in republicans and democrats and either candidate would happily piss on your head and tell you its raining.

Obama promised change for 8 years... nothing really changed. Trump said he'd make america great again... nothing really changed.

So what will happen if Biden is elected? The same thing that has happened for the past 40 years. The rich will get richer... the middle class will stay just happy enough to not really give a shit, and the lower class majority will constantly bicker back and fourth about racism, sexism, or whatever the media narrative is that week, too blind to see that the only color that matters and the only one we're divided by is green.

So does your vote matter? probably not.

Yeah thats pretty much what everyone else thinks it means too.

The core principles behind the party are reducing federal oversight, returning power to the state and local govt. Our candidate this year will probably receive about 1.5-3% of the vote.

I assume you were just making a joke though

No offense meant. Just making a bad joke.

Funny thing my son just made me take a test. I’ll post the results later. But it had me a tiny bit leftist and a little more bit Libertarian.

No offense taken. Most of the time I talk to people about it, they have no clue what the party stands for or who its candidate is. Just why i had to make sure it was a joke. I think a lot of people are more in line with the parties values than they might realize.

A lot changed because he brought us out of a recession and an economic collapse. Republicans basically blocked anything he tried to do. That’s why a lot more wasn’t done. He tried, but the crooked right constantly blocked him. They actually vowed to block everything. They wanted to hurt his presidency and he still got re-elected. It’s not the same thing. We now have a pseudo dictator in office that doesn’t want to relinquish the presidency when he loses. He and republicans are actively trying to mitigate democratic votes. He has accepted and denied Russia and Chinas interference in our election process.

We couldn’t be any more different. We vote people in who are humanitarians, who want progress. They want to keep things in the stone ages and shoot guns. Religion (Christianity) in schools, no abortion, guns galore, patriarchy, tax breaks for the already rich, top down economy (which has never worked), anti immigrants, global warming is a hoax or blown out of proportion, the president should be a tough guy dictator not a leader, etc.

Pretty much every Republican president the last 34 years of my life has been shit. George Bush Sr., shit. George Bush Jr., shit. He left Obama with the worst economy in 100 years. Just so happens that democratic presidents tend to have to fix shit pubs put us in.

And then Republican politicians blatantly lie. A lie is not a truth, and I can tell the difference. The constant theme of the Republican Party is to keep the people dumb. How else do you explain voting for tax cuts and benefits for the rich while denying you universal healthcare when you make $28k a year? How do all can hear blue collar folk vote for policies which unequivocally hurt them more than anyone? This is well documented.

It seems to me the Republican Party has lost any decency or backbone it ever had for a racist charlatan liar with no integrity.

That says a lot. There is a big difference.
