Too many people are afraid of oranges and pears.
Who is scared of oranges and pears? What kind of people are you hanging out with? Lol

    Many people are anti-carb...

    Also...
There are people who will tell you that fruits are bad because fructose can't be converted into glycogen.
What they fail to realize is that fruits have more carbs than simply fructose.

Agree I have heard over and over to reduce carbs.... ugh I need tons of carbs otherwise I go flat and can’t make gains. I have never been a fan of low carb unless you are depleting for a show or something but I’m done with those days

No, I know. I meant those two fruits specifically....was being funny. Anti carbohydrate folks are scarier than anti vaccination people

    No carbs = no growth

I especially love my fructose first thing in his morning and right after a workout

I do believe there’s a genetic component to carbohydrates as well...my body runs off of glucose. I’m worthless without them. Some guys I know will put on belly fat quickly with rice, grains or oats

    Agreed...
    and to clarify...

I am "low" carbs by some measures in that I primarily eat meat and fruit.
It is hard to get as many calories from watermelon as it is from pasta.

I actually have what's called reactive hypoglycemia so I shouldn't eat too many carbs. (I've actually passed out several times...)
But before, during, and after my workouts I make sure to eat/drink plenty of carbs.

I think fruits are the healthiest option.

And the reason I said oranges and pears is because I didn't want to mention my favorite fruit watermelon... trying to avoid coming across like a was making a off handed comment

Addicted to grapes and pineapple here. I eat several pounds of grapes per week easily. And I wonder why I spend so much time in the bathroom....

Per day on those dosages? Whaaaaaaa??

I guess I assumed the insulin, MK and HGH were daily and the oils were weekly?
