You’ve been quiet lately, now I know why. You’ve been hatching this diabolical plan

Like seeing the fruits. I eat lots.
Too many people are afraid of oranges and pears.

1050 of primo and I was literally about to create a thread asking if 600 is way to much. Guess that answers that question. Lol. Fck me!

    Many people are anti-carb...

    Also...
There are people who will tell you that fruits are bad because fructose can't be converted into glycogen.
What they fail to realize is that fruits have more carbs than simply fructose.

Agree I have heard over and over to reduce carbs.... ugh I need tons of carbs otherwise I go flat and can’t make gains. I have never been a fan of low carb unless you are depleting for a show or something but I’m done with those days

No, I know. I meant those two fruits specifically....was being funny. Anti carbohydrate folks are scarier than anti vaccination people

    No carbs = no growth

I especially love my fructose first thing in his morning and right after a workout

I do believe there’s a genetic component to carbohydrates as well...my body runs off of glucose. I’m worthless without them. Some guys I know will put on belly fat quickly with rice, grains or oats

    Without carbs my training suffers.
I advocate drinking a Gatorade during workouts.

When cutting weight for a meet I go low carb for several days. Easily lose 3-4lbs of water.
I then drink/eat plenty of carbs to bloat back up for the meet.

    Agreed...
    and to clarify...

I am "low" carbs by some measures in that I primarily eat meat and fruit.
It is hard to get as many calories from watermelon as it is from pasta.

I actually have what's called reactive hypoglycemia so I shouldn't eat too many carbs. (I've actually passed out several times...)
But before, during, and after my workouts I make sure to eat/drink plenty of carbs.

I think fruits are the healthiest option.

And the reason I said oranges and pears is because I didn't want to mention my favorite fruit watermelon... trying to avoid coming across like a was making a off handed comment

Addicted to grapes and pineapple here. I eat several pounds of grapes per week easily. And I wonder why I spend so much time in the bathroom....

Since we are talking about grapes, pineapples, carbs, and how Samson is small AF I am going to ask my question. Is there a more reasonable dosage for someone who has not used Primo before? No way I am pushing 1000mg/week of that :-)

You know I used to like you

At least I can count on your for always posting amazing food porn

Shit, that 1000 a week of primo on top of that other regimen. I understand the title of the thread for sure...

My only run with it was at 400, was great but didn’t make me a loyalist.

I think I'll shoot for 500-700/wk to test this. Seems like 12-weeks should be enough unless someone has another opinion? Should you run anything else with this? Mast?

It took some digging but I found my old thread back from when I decided to do 1.2g Tren E per week:

    https://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-...irst-week.html

I had only intended on taking such a high dose at the very beginning (i.e. to 'frontload' or to 'kickstart') but I ended up continuing at that dosage for a month or two. Also I was taking 70mg dbol daily.

    Of Lantus?
    It really isn't.

50-100Ius is where you want to be, if all other factors are dialed in appreciably.

I akin Primot EQ where really shines at 14-16 weeks to each their own.

400-700mg is great. Can be paired with test or just TRT + an Androgen. The cycle I laid out is not very nice on the wallet

Forgot to add a few tidbits:

    Pre Workout :
    4 Pickles
    2x Serving Choc Milk
    1 Banana
    Sodium, Potassium, and Hydration

Post Cycle will transition to a modified HRT program of

    3IU HGH
    100-150mg Test (dose TBD)
    100mg Deca Durabolin
    150mg Primo
    150mg EQ
    10mg Anavar/day

I do not take any fitness supplements (creative, protein powder, preworkoit, stims, etc). Vitamin/Mineral stack is very simple:

    Multivitamin
    Activated B Complex
    Bone Complex
    Vitamin D3

600/wk makes me a happy. I run it with about 300 of test and either Tren or Deca depending an what else I'm up to at the time.
