I didn’t really have the knowledge and so I just stopped. I have been researching and recently went to a low t clinic. Per the test I could use supplementation. I workout -5-7 times a week at a relatively intense level -however I’m not seeing results and suffering from soreness and slow recovery. I miss the quick response I would get in muscle size from just a few weeks of training and the slow recovery and soreness is concerning. I’m here to learn about cycles and some of the stacks to counter negative side effects. Any knowledge and direction is greatly appreciated. What would be the best forum to learn about steroids just to be a stronger human and have better energy during and after workouts. Not looking to bulk or get huge-just perform and an optimum level for my age.
