Hey everyone shout out from the sea of corn Iowa. Im 31 been lifting since high school. But only just in the past 3 years I've really started to dive in. Made amazing gains and surprisingly im still natty. Never tried hormones or steriods. No bullshit only creatine and pre workout. Naturally i feel like I've finally peaked and here I am. Still up in air about it but the one thing im sure about is I love lifting.
