The entire point of my engaging you in these exchanges is to open your eyes to fact that the very people you support, are those who violate your own sense of ethics. To clarify my statement, that despite being truth, seemed to offend you: statically white working people are the only ethnic group in America whose population is incrementally shrinking. As a percentage or as a total number? As well is their life expectancy. No way. Show some proof. While nearly all other are growing. As a percentage or as a total number? Thats a fact. Secondly, this is aside from the white elite, who over the course of just a few generations have consolidated more and more wealth and power into fewer and fewer hands. 100 years ago, the top 5% controlled maybe 50 % of the wealth. Today, the top 1% control 95% of the wealth. Hence why democrats want to raise taxes on the rich and corporations. You know, spread the wealth. Exactly the opposite of what Trump did.
I'm in agreement with you, that the major issues are the aforementioned facts. But, you tell me how much sense it makes, to put the very people responsible for that situation back in charge of the system they created to bring it about, in order to fix for us? Honestly, DD, you tell me how that makes sense. I do not agree that the civil rights movement was bad. I believe in a progressive tax.

I can tell you, that the majority of genuine , organized (if you can call it that) white supremacists are mostly toothless, generally impotent group of people living a hardscrabble type existence in remote places of Idaho and Montana. I know, I grew up in Southern Idaho, and seen it with my own eyes.

Back to the Hollywood references, why? They don’t have the clout they once had and there is far more wealth in other industries. Mindless hordes smack of the whole sheep talk. One could argue the hoards that stormed the Capitol were equally mindless, being brainwashed by Trump’s words.

My point is that where I live, green matters and it matters a lot. However, if you aren’t white, no matter how much green you have, you don’t necessarily get complete membership & equality. And, I don’t see that as a result of some democratic ruling elite.
