Pins and needles feeling during cardio?

I actually had to pull over and puke on the side of the road cause it hit me so quickly.

Off topic but reminded me of a story. I was taking my daughter (about 9th grade back then) to the bus stop and I was sick. As soon as we pulled up the bus pulled up and I had to open the door and throw up multiple times in front of everyone on the bus. She was mortified and ran to the bus. Best part though was when I picked her up later that day the pile of throw up was still there..

Cracks me up to this day.

I too subscribe to Sharia Law and am sickened at the sight of watching girls being carted away to be educated.
