Funny but the Rooskies have been making those things since the early 70s and I've never yet got wind of anyone using them operationally. Except maybe Spetznaz for propaganda films. It makes me wonder what their buyer has in store for these, especially since they're buying the older APS instead of the 'modernized' APM, which also can shoot respectably in the air.
