Do you think stress could be a main issue? I've been suffering of insomnia since 2018. The earliest I fall sleep in around 2am. Sometimes I'm still up at 3 and 4am even. I have to admit that my diet was not the best during pct ( I did eat over the maintance leve and made sure to intake enough proteins though). Not increasing enough the weights perhaps is another factor?
