Mexico should become a US colony at this point. Their law enforcement works with the cartel. I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. They have off duty cops that work for the cartel part time. Bodybuilder Larry Pollock lived in Mexico for a while when he was in the steroid selling and manufacturing business and ended up getting kidnapped. He escaped and described just how corrupt the police is down there... The police would have given him back to the cartels, so he had to get someone to drive him to the border. He has quite a story on youtube. Very intense.
