Not sure if the still make Melanotan 1, but you want Melanotan 2. Try 250 mcg subq at bedtime....some people experience brief nausea. Not like Exorcist spitting pea soup nausea, but just a little queasy. Don't be tempted to bump up the dosage, IMHO. 250mcg is plenty.

Definitely pull relevant lab work like Scotty posted. That should always be the first step before you begin spitballing and see what sticks
