You're not going to find any legal Catia, Pro-E, Hypermill, etc. files or map it out accurately enough. Can't do it with a CMM because you need the basic dimensions to program the CMM
You would be violating several laws. Additionally, you'll never get the ratchet for the cylinder graduated to index. The material just isn't there nor will you have enough material left for cartridge extraction.
