I very nearly fucked up my firearms certificate. My liver ALT is down from 700 to 560, so I'm a little bit out of the woods medically, and also I told my doctor that I did the damage with over-the-counter supplements because I didn't want the police phoning my doctor and being told 'He's taking unprescribed restricted medications which he purchased illegally'. Dodged that one.
