Looking very good! The only thing I would say has to come up just a smidge is the calf area. Legs are bangin' but need a little seperation. It looks like you have calves that sit right behind your knee. I have the same thing, it is tough to get them, but once you bring them up I would say you are perfect!
Thank you for the pointers Sir Lifts-a-lot. Those calves of mine are not going to get any bigger because I am unable to train them. Remember, I fell off a table and broke my ankle. Now I have osteoarthritis in 3 different joints. The thought of doing calf extensions makes me cringe..
The thighs and hammies are showing more separation. I'll post some pictures soon..
I posted some pics of me on the site. So the pics are under the forum Member pictures and under my thread. -clint
um, Ronnie....... I think your wife is stronger than me?.....
NO WAY!!!!!!!!!! After you squatted the whole stack for 15 EASY REPS!!!! It would be close but i'm not going to try![]()
I am 8 weeks out from my first competiton. Ronnie has increased my cardio to 1 hour 6 days per week and put me in ketosis along with him.. GRRR...
I am a bit nervous about competing for my very first time but I have Ronnie as my guide and it's helping ease the PRE-CONTEST JITTERS. Here's a couple of photos taken yeasterday. Eight more weeks and it's show-time. Wish me luck everyone..![]()

Wow thats some sick muscle development for a woman, good job![]()
My wife and I dieted for shows 1 week apart last year, much easier when both are in the same boat!
All I can say is wow, good work. Looking forward to seeing the stage shot. Good Luck!
Mrs. Rowland...I'll pass on the arm wrestling match...holy shit...those legs of your are truly freakish..can I borrow them for one week?????lol...I look for you and your husband to kick some serious ass for a first timer....![]()

Your quads are better than most of the men at my gym.
Amazing legs! Wow!
I think she kicked my ass once jk
Ronnie took this photo of me doing hanging leg raises 3 week ago. We have less than 4 weeks to go. Keto is tough! I miss my morning-time Quaker oats..![]()
Biceps
Taken 3 weeks ago.
This is one of several areas thats hard for us females to get lean. It's coming with Ronnie's guidance.
Ronnie was right once again! I started to lose power while in ketosis. He demanded that I start taking creatine ethyl ester twice daily and begin salting all my food=yummy. My strength is holding.
Update! The size of my outer forearm veins have now surpassed Ronnie's in size. I think he's just a wee bit envious...Hey Ronnie.![]()
On a serious note, I wouldn't be where I am at today if it weren't for Ronnie. It's easy to understand why everyone at the gym is crazy about him. In todays world people are rarely impressed, but he impresses everyone he meets. He's highly intelligent, very approachable, and truly cares about others. He's kind of cute for an old man.....I am one lucky woman.
These next 4 week are going to be tough...tough. My low intensity cardio just got bumped up to 1.5 hours a day. Your support has been greatly appreciated.
