    ok so im learning more here. can u give more in depth info for the differences on range 6-12? llike the differences in that range differnce in 6 to 8 to 10 to 12 for example, but you dont have to address each just info on weather or not to go with 6 through 12 and why and how that effects it

    i dont stick to that principal that is doesnt make as big a dif as people think, just putting it out there as ive read it in a few magazines recently. i always stick 6-10 for bulking.

    Stick to the principle. It is sound in theory and replicated over and over in lab/field research.


    And you stick to that zone b/c it is most effective for building muscle. If it wasn’t you would try a different range.
