    No, no, no but thanks. Although I am considering competing again in the future. Couple hurdles to get over first before I decide to take that (injection) course and make that kind of committment....

    Chest Day!!! new partner, new routine!! Oh...............and Geritol Preworkout Supp...................look for it in WalMarts everywhere under the Ole Fcker Name Brand

    OMG !!! Im dead........................ amasing chest workout!! 5 x 5 Flat Bench with 140 DPs with 70lb DPs burnouts sets in between and then on to incline DPs for same (no 140s). Then Hammer Strenght Inclines for 10s and 12s with fist pushups in between.

    Cable Crossovers with more Fcking pushups in between, but this time where balancing on 4 medicine balls.............

    Then .................. just for the hell of it...................we finish up with incline flys.............

    Good news............didnt puke this time (thats for BG) but did get alittle tunnel vision for alittle bit!!

    This comp is really forcing me to change up everything Im use too.......................Taking me out of my comfort zone completely!!

    Little update:

    Off day Wed.....................good rest day

    This afternoon was back and abs.................. Hangin ab routine is a killer, but makesem sore.................. and a 100 flights up StairMaster Mountain!!

    Gear seems to be firing on all clyinders................strenght and aggression are why up making workouts very intense..................Anavar is making pumps almost unbearable, but they look awesome!! Veins are making it to the surface in bis and delts during workout. I noticed in my right bi I have two veins that make a T that I never noticed before.

    Tommorrow is shoulders and tris (my fav) so should be a good afternoon............... except for that damn Stairmaster................Im blowing that SOB up after this contest!!

    Bad workout yesterday......................lack of sleep just wouldnt let me push like I wanted to, so I didnt push it and risk an injury..............just me and Mr Staimaster for the afternoon

    So........headed out in a few, rested and refreshed, and ready to hit it hard...

    Hope all you boys and girls have a good weekend.......................just remember, while your out tonite having a beer, or your favorite cocktail and some greasy fries, cake or pie....Theres an ole man in NC, tired and weriy, sore and aching.....................and he's COMING for you !!!

    Ok Kiddies........................Gettin ready for legs and Bis...................Had a GREAT night sleep, and if I can get Smurfette to leave Mr Blue Happy alone until after the gym, it should be a great workout

    Down from 241 to 239 will check BF on hand held at gym...............Strenght up and pants feel loose..........

    Heck...........I may get some abs in today too!!

    So you are trying to get buns of steel? Lunges mostly work the glutes even though your thighs do burn.
    Dont forget to use your Thigh master while you are at it. lol I have a buddy who use to always joke around when we were in an elevator full of people saying in a Gay voice, I cant wait to get back to the room and use my thigh master.

    I dont remember seeing anything in your pictures that resembled a chicken to me....

    Dont know about the ole thigh master.............but muscle is muscle and I'll take any and all. As far as Lunges (Lounges here in da south) My quads are STILL burning right above the knee, and that is my focus point.............Soooooooooooo glad we have a handicap bar in the bathroom at work!!
