    wow looking monstrous you must have a really fast metabolism for staying so lean whilst slammin down so many calories may i ask previous/recent cycles , very impressed

    I used Test/Deca/Eq/Winstrol/IGF/D-bol.

    Can't remember the cycles exactly.

    Smoke you do 12 sets for back 3 exercises 4 sets or 4 exercise 3 sets???

    oh and im going to attempt to do 20+ pull-ups today sense its back day

    sometimes I do 3 sets, 4 ex. and sometimes I switch around to 4 sets, 3 ex.

    just to put the doubters aside, maybe get someone to use a cell phone video camera and post u doin the reps, that would be sweet to watch. do u keep your butt down or raise it? just curious if these are "bodybuilding" reps or "powerlifter" reps.

    I don't need to put any doubters any where.
    I could care less who believes what.

    Oh yeah I forgot to mention 1 thing, me at 231 lbs, is equal to anyone else with right upper/lower proportion at 250lbs.
    my lower body is really behind because of long history of injuries.

    Thank you bro. I will post some new ones by next month, I have few injuries in a row recentley which held me back a little.

    keep on a smoken smoke!! dont give up bro you can overcome those injurys with proper drugs/supp/therapy.. i to have rotator probs and i love my deca!! my back is fine though..stay strong

    Tryin' man, I got lean because I can't push heavy till I recover, propably another 2 weeks.
