Smoke, do you buy the egg whites in containers? I drink those and chase it with milk, not a bad combo!

No, I buy regular eggs in cartons by the dozen.

That's a lot. I eat about 13 and that's enough for me. Btw, do you eat any of the yolks since they have the highest amount of protein in the egg?

I eat the yolk only before bed, 8 eggs of which 3 whole, hard boiled.
