Arms are around 20" flexed.
My lats are really big when flexed, otherwise, you can't see them much, don't know why

He posted pics and I'm sure he knows his measurements...don't be a hater.

And there is no way that YOU can tell the exact size by simply looking at the picture he posted.

I have 18.5" inch biceps and his could easily be 18 or 20...to hard to tell from just a picture, and looking at his physique, I'm inclined to believe him!
