So nice to see you posting on the boards! You and I are in the same boat. I am going to switch diet up here in a bit and see how my body responds.

I am taking my size 2s into the dry cleaners this week. I expect to be back in them soon!

Well so much for the cut....sadly holding.

measuring and weighing food next few days to move calories to a more consistent level and see how much healthy food I can choke down. Going for at least 4 days in a row sticking to 3 meals and a few strategically placed snacks.

Hello, just got back from London. How are you? I ate and drank too much on vacation. Got back Friday night. Been doing 60 mins AM fasted cardio since Saturday and killing the weights at night.

Two weeks is a killer. I only did one week. I'm on day 3 of 2 a day and feeling all good.

I was wondering where u have been! Nice to have you back safely and working our . Feels good, doesn't it.

I am starting something new in a couple of weeks. Really looking forward to the results. I do have to weigh every morsel so that will be a bit of a hassle/pain. I expect to get in the best shape of my adult life. This is exciting

You will get used to weighing everything. It's the prep that takes time.

I'm glad things are going well. Yes I'm still here. Lol

I spent hours preparing just for a practice week. Containers weighed and marked. I will officially start in 2 weeks.

Have to go to gym and log every machine and what I am able to do/not do. Me with a pad and pen. Like a newbie. Lmbo.

Good to be back. I was actually really missing the gym. Most I did over there was walk a few miles.

Keep us posted on your new plan. I am sure you will do well.

    Hello there GGR. What's happening?
I've been doing at least 60 mins of AM fasted cardio 7 days a week now for a couple weeks. Training PM 5-6 days a week.

Did you start your new diet/training routine?

Sure will sexy. I had some unplanned circumstances come on me this weekend so my start date is pushed back a little bit. Life got in the way

But for a teaser...This week i am establishing weight range for rep and failure of specific equipment and movements, upper and lower body.

Diet will be deliberate and controlled and documented daily.

I will post weekly status and progress updates as well as mods to diet and training. I have established my goals- short and long term as well as typical weekly schedule. He will evaluate my progress and all I do is execute and train and eat to the plan. I must report macro and training variances to plan. . I am doing all natural with supplements. Eventually will add gear but first want to accomplish as much naturally. It will be fun and challenging and I am anxious to see the results!

Hahahahaha. Not so sure about public pics. The last round of legs created a lot of problems I wish not to repeat. . This will be fun. I know my body will respond extremely well to weight training. I am already sore from establishing max and rep weights. Sooo happy to be able to lift again although not exactly pain free from shoulder perspective. :/
