But for a teaser...This week i am establishing weight range for rep and failure of specific equipment and movements, upper and lower body.
Diet will be deliberate and controlled and documented daily.
I will post weekly status and progress and
PICS as well as mods to diet and training. I have established my goals- short and long term as well as typical weekly schedule. He will evaluate my progress and all I do is execute and train and eat to the plan. I must report macro and training variances to plan. . I am doing all natural with supplements. Eventually will add gear but first want to accomplish as much naturally. It will be fun and challenging and I am anxious to see the results!
