10x40 sec 160 watts+10 pushups/20 sec rest
5 minute active rest
10x40 sec 160 watts+20 situps/20 sec rest
Note to self: trim off the winter rug of body hair before thinking you’re getting fat on a bulk. Up to 170.8, from my starting point of 163 in September. Getting a bit fluffy, but given my recent bloodwork revelations, I cannot bitch too much.
