I was at my gym yesterday and I overheard a conversation between a personal trainer and a college football player. The football player said that his trainer at school told him that if he squeezes his butt cheeks together while he is benching it will make him lift more. Then he goes on to say that his bench has went up like 15 pounds in 2 weeks because of that. Anybody EVER heard of this or is this one of those everybody already knows but me kind of things.

lol... Id be more worried about dead lifts lol.. haha I have never heard that before man
but it is not for increasing my bench lol.
